A transformative food preparation program launched on July 20/2024, is making significant strides in empowering 40 internally displaced girls and women. This initiative aimed at equipping participants with essential culinary skills, has already seen remarkable progress.
The training, which focuses on both cultural and modern food preparation techniques, has provided the participants with a solid foundation in culinary arts. Over the past month, these trainees have learned to prepare a variety of traditional Ethiopian dishes as well as contemporary recipes, enhancing their versatility and employ-ability in the food industry.
